I have a special affinity for securing government funding, which has helped to bring millions of federal dollars to New Mexico. My program design skills inform my approach to grant writing, which I view as a partnership with your organization. Through the process of applying for funds, we will clarify and strengthen your initiative by answering key strategic questions that will ensure the program is logical and responsive.
Project Management
With a knack for details and inclusion, I can support your organization or collaborative to oversee key initiatives. I understand firsthand how busy day-to-day organizational life is, and I will help you to make sure that key deliverables are met, that we remain accountable to our values, and that we troubleshoot challenges as they emerge.
Facilitation
Meetings should be enjoyable and productive. I will work with you to create a solid agenda and lead the meeting in a way that fosters brave communication. My goal is to reach tangible next steps that advance your goal, provide participants with an opportunity to meaningfully contribute, and leave everyone feeling their time was well spent.
